• Cairo Delivery : - Delivery within 3 Working days for Cairo orders. - The delivery charge is 65 pounds for Cairo. • Outside Cairo Delivery : - Delivery within 3-7 Working days for Outside Cairo orders. - The delivery charge is 90 pounds for Outside Cairo.

 • We offer refunds and exchange of size only within the first 2 weeks of purchase, if 2 weeks have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  • The brand does not cover the shipping fees for exchange or refund requests unless its due to a manufacturing defect or any error from our side.
